Scholarship for Singapore International Graduate Award 2025-2026
Five additional universities in Singapore and the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) are collaborating on the Singapore International Graduate Award. Applications are being accepted for the Singapore International Graduate Award Scholarship (SINGA), for the August 2025 intake. Only those pursuing a PhD or EngD degree from NTU, NUS, SUTD, SMU, or SIT University are eligible for the scholarship.We accept applications from anyone worldwide. Sanga covers all costs.
GRE/IELTS/TOEFL/SAT I & II/GATE scores are not required at the time of application. But this may be required later by the institution you are applying toIf you receive an interview invitation, the interview will be used by the selection panel to assess your English speaking and writing skills. The tenure of the Sangha Award is four years. More details about the Singapore International Graduate Award are given below.

Economic benefits
Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) recipients will be given the following benefits:
- All tuition costs are paid in full.
- A S$2200 monthly stipend. This can be increased to S$2,700 upon successful completion of the qualifying examination.
- A one-time grant of up to S$1,500 for airfare
- S$1,000 one-time settling-in allowance
Subjects of study: Engineering and Technology, Biomedical Sciences, Computer and Information Sciences, and Physical Sciences.
Ability
- To be eligible for Sangha:
- You must be a student from abroad.
- Strong English writing and speaking skills.
- Get positive reviews from academic referees.

- For Sangha applicants, there is no age limit.
- Application is accepted only with a valid passport. You will need to upload a copy of your passport, so make one.

- Letters of recommendation include two recommendation reports, which must be completed and submitted electronically by the referees.
