Masters Scholarship in CEU:
Academic Merit CEU Master Scholarship Program:
- Health insurance and tuition fees.

- Monthly scholarship of 750 EUR for CEU Master’s distinction

Proof of exemption from English proficiency
You can claim an exemption if:
- English is your first language, or
- You are applying to a CEU doctoral program as a current or previous student, or
- You have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in English only.
- Additionally, the British Council has introduced a new program called British Council IELTS One Skill Retake, which allows you to retake a module and increase your score without retaking the entire test.
Application Deadline for CEU University
4 February 2025 is the deadline for applications for PhD programs for candidates from all nationalities.
The application deadline for Master’s programs from visa-sensitive countries (which can take nine to twelve months to obtain a study residence permit and visa) for Master’s programs seeking financial aid is 14 October 2024.
- The application deadline for Master’s programs from all countries other than those listed above is 4 February 2024.
- Results: In December 2023, applicants will receive a response.

How do I apply for 2025 scholarships at CEU University in Hungary?
- Online submission of all application materials is required. Up to five programs are allowed to apply.
- A 30 Euro application fee is required for CEU. Please submit your application only when it is all over and final. Application is not accepted without the application fee.
- Application materials are not returned by CEU, nor are copies provided.
