Program for Technical Students at CERN in 2025 (Fully Funded)
Would you be interested in working as a fully funded intern in Switzerland? Imagine waking up and working in a wonderful country, the Switzerland of Europe. Applications are now being accepted for the CERN Technical Student Program 2025. For students pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree and gaining experience, the CERN Technical Studentship Program offers an excellent internship opportunity. The panel selects 80 students from different countries every year. IELTS is not necessary. All expenses are paid for the four to twelve-month program. Additional information is provided below.

Economic benefits
- CERN’s benefits will include:
- Four to twelve-month contract.
- An allowance of 3452 Swiss francs per month (net of tax).
- Travel Allowance (Economy Class Air Ticket)
- An additional supplement if you are married and have children depends on your situation.

- 2.5 days of paid vacation leave per month.
Qualifications for the Technical Student Program at CERN
- A citizen of one of CERN’s Associate or Member States
- Have completed their undergraduate studies (Bachelor or Master) for at least 18 months.
- During the CERN internship, you must continue to be enrolled as a full-time student.
- Both French and English are languages you speak fluently.
- Proof of passing an English language test is not required.

Timeline for selection
Every year, a panel of CERN experts meets in February, June, and October. About 80 students are usually selected to participate in the program each time.
